Can I add the optional services to my SIM afterward?
Yes, you can add any of the optional services to your account and SIM base later on. We can configure them over-the-air, so you can upgrade at any time.
Do I have to choose which coverage option I need before my order?
No, certainly not. You can select both coverage options directly in the platform per SIM Card.
How do I set up a payment method for postpaid billing?
Flexible pricing is postpaid, so at the end of each month, we charge the actual usage. In your Olivia account, you can choose your preferred payment method. We can charge your credit card or SEPA direct debit account.. Need a different billing method? Send us an email and we will help you out.
How do I switch to a different plan?
You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to the Billing page in your account. Select the plan you’d like to switch to and immediately start using new features.
